Free shipping is limited to the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico), and is available only using our ground shipping option. Expedited shipping is quoted and payment is due prior to shipment.
The customer will be deemed to have received, inspected and accepted goods as satisfactory and complete in all respects unless written notice of any alleged damage or shortage is received by Ocean Mosaics Tiles and Accessories of any goods supplied within 5 days from the date of merchandise receipt. Certain designs may have pieces on each sheet that can be misaligned, and are considered as an elemental characteristic of this product and no claims will be honored for this reason. Misalignment of some tile pieces on each sheet must be assumed as an intrinsic characteristic of the product and no claims will be honored based on this reason. Product color, shade and tone may vary based on different lots. No claim whatsoever will be accepted after product installation. Sample pieces ordered are close representatives of color, but color may vary from lot to lot. Sample pieces may vary in size and are a small representation of the actual full product sheet/box. We recommend ordering a sample prior to placing a full order. Samples are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We recommend adding 10% overage factored in to overall measurements.
PLEASE NOTE: Pre-orders will be charged to the payment method submitted at the time of purchase. A Pre-order will then be added to a Priority List. Once merchandise is restocked, the pre-order will be fulfilled and shipped based on its position on the Priority List.

Natural stone such as marble, slate, travertine and onyx are direct products of nature where no individual pieces are exactly the same. Each piece of stone will consist of unique natural variations, including veining, markings, shadings, and inclusions which can include pits, open/dry seams, fossils or glass veins, fissures and can vary with respect to surface finish, overall texture, coefficient of friction and overall moisture absorption. These are not product defects, but, inherent characteristics of natural stone products. All stone tiles and products will require repeated maintenance and should be sealed with a penetrating sealer prior to grouting to prevent the grout from staining the stone. Resealing stone will increase the longevity of the product.
Due to the natural characteristics of stone, lots may vary based on shade and chip variation.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Ocean Mosaics Tiles and Accessories product is mistakenly featured at an incorrect price, Ocean Mosaics Tiles and Accessories reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Ocean Mosaics Tiles and Accessories reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Ocean Mosaics Tiles and Accessories will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Ocean Mosaics Tiles and Accessories without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Miscellaneous
This Contract shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and of the State of Florida (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action of Buyer with respect to the Site must be instituted within six (6) months after any purchase or be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations outlined. The language in this Contract shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be brought solely in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and Buyer expressly submits to the jurisdiction of said courts and Buyer consents to extra-territorial service of process. Should any part of this Contract be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with the Site or the Company is in conflict or inconsistent with this Contract, this Contract shall take precedence. Failure of Company to enforce any provision of this Contract shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.
Indemnification
