Shipping your order is one of our main priorities and we strive to create
a smooth and seamless experience for you, our valued customer.

SECURE PACKAGING
Our tiles are special and we take pride in adding an extra level of care to your order. Each product box is packed with the utmost care and handling, and securely placed in triple-ply boxes to prevent breakage in transit.

FREE SHIPPING ON SAMPLES
We ship samples Free everyday via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times may vary based on your local post office schedule in your state. Typical delivery times are 2-4 days.

SHIPPING ON FULL ORDERS

All full orders over $249 qualify for Free Shipping. Orders under $249 incur a flat shipping rate of $39. Please refer to the shipping map for approximate FedEx Ground Delivery times. Our shipping service excludes AK, HI, PR.   

FAST
We think we're pretty fast! Our direct access to stock allows orders to ship within 24 hours. Place your order before 12 noon ET (Monday - Friday) and we ship within 1 business day. For expedited shipping, please contact us.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Everyone loves to know when their package is arriving. You will receive email notification and have access to track your shipment every step of the way. Please use the master tracking number as this will provide the total number of packages in your shipment. 

If your order contains multiple packages, the carrier may deliver your shipment on different days. This is due to the volume of shipments they receive daily.

Samples are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (delivery time may vary based on your state). Full orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or Freight. Please note: Full orders will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

All claims of a missing shipment or missing packages must be sent to info@oceanmosaics.com within 7 business days of the email shipping notification sent to the email address on the order. No exceptions will be made.

FREIGHT ORDERS
Large orders are shipped on a pallet, via a freight company. You should expect a call from the designated freight company to schedule a delivery appointment. Please note failure to set up a delivery appointment within 24 hours of their call may result in additional fees (re-delivery and storage).

If you miss your scheduled delivery appointment with the freight company, additional fees may be assessed by them, which you will be responsible for.

Residential Delivery Requirements:
- An unobstructed path at least 10 feet wide
- Curbside delivery area in which to place pallet. All delivers are curbside only.

In the event the pallet arrives damaged, please note it on the shipping documents and follow the instructions as noted on the Returns page - https://oceanmosaics.com/returns/ 

PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE YOUR SHIPMENT 
Shipments on their way to your location are already scheduled by the carrier and we advise not to refuse your shipment. A shipment that is refused will incur additional shipping charges that the customer will be responsible for paying. Refused shipments are subject to return shipping costs calculated by the carrier and a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.

WE RECOMMEND ORDERING A SAMPLE PRIOR TO PURCHASING A FULL ORDER OF MATERIAL.

Our mosaic tile samples are an approximate size of 4″ x 6″ and are provided for texture and color reference only. We strive to feature product images on the website that are as close as possible to true color of actual product. However, certain materials will reflect light differently, so it is recommended to order a sample prior to purchasing.
