Inspect all orders at time of delivery to ensure all items ordered were received. 

Due to the handmade nature of mosaic tile, there may be variations in the shape, color, tone/shade. Upon receipt, please inspect each box prior to installation to verify lot consistency and to ensure acceptable shade variations.

Important note when ordering samples and single tile sheet: *Mosaic tile samples are an approximate size of 4″x6″ and are provided for texture and color reference only. Note: We will not accept returns for any sample orders or 1 tile sheet as 1 tile sheet will also be considered a full sample. 

Returns Policy - Damaged or Incorrect Items Received

We will refund the full cost of merchandise if the return is a result of our error in fulfilling the order or damaged during shipping. All claims of damaged or incorrect merchandise should be made within 5 calendar days of receipt.

 – Amount of sheets damaged or incorrect

 – Photos of damaged items

  1. You will receive confirmation within 3 business days. A return label will be sent via the email provided to be placed on return boxes. Returns can be dropped at any UPS store. Please be sure to request a receipt.
  1. All damaged returns must be in their original carton and with all original packing material. Credit will not be issued for any tiles that have been altered, painted, stained, glued or in any way worked upon.
  1. Once we review your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days or ship you the replacement items.

Return Policy - Return Request

If for some reason you receive your order and it is not what you needed, we are happy to accept your return once we are notified within 5 calendar days of receipt. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns and buyer pays return shipping. Note: We will not accept returns for 1 tile sheet as that will be considered a full sample.

2.  You will receive email confirmation that we have received your request.

3.  Merchandise must be returned within 10 calendar days of our email confirmation. All returns must be in their original carton and with all original packing material. Note: It is imperative that all returns are packaged well to avoid breakage. Credit will not be issued for any tiles that have been broken, altered, painted, stained, glued or in any way worked upon.

For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Please make sure the item is insured for the total value of the contents. This will protect you in case your package is lost in transit.

4.  Email us with all tracking information.  

5.  Once we receive your return and merchandise is inspected, a refund will be processed within 7 business days based on the condition of the merchandise.

We understand that you may order extra merchandise to cover your installation project. If for some reason you over order and need to return merchandise, we are happy to accept your return once we are notified within 20 calendar days of receipt.
